    The worst customer service ever!! Missing items!!

    I have sent so many emails expecting an explanation for the below mentions issues I faced with my last order , but this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever been through!! NO SINGLE REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE!!!

    I ordered 3 items but I received one item ONLY which is really disappointing !!!

    On the bill (which was included in the shipment box ), the other 2 non-shipped items were just crossed with no explanation from your side though I paid the amount fully!! In addition I paid the higher rate shipping fees for the whole order not only 1 item!! Eventually I got it really later than what I expected! 2 weeks later!!

    May I know the reason behind that ?! Should I expect the other two items soon? Please clarify..

    I am really disappointed with the service this time . As I really used to trust your website , and I am sure that my records show that I’m a loyal customer who expects a high standard service as usual from your side.
