Air Jordan 5 ‘Racer Blue’ Set for 2022 Release

The Air Jordan 5 ‘Racer Blue’ looks to be the next AJ5 model to be releasing from Jumpman brand.

This year certainly hasn’t been short of Jordan 5 colourways, with the Air Jordan 5 ‘Blue bird’, ‘Oreo’, and ‘Shattered Backboard’ all releasing in the past couple of months.

For its upcoming release, the Jordan 5 gets another makeover, as it lands dressed in black/racer blue colour scheme – complete with signature oversized 3M reflective tongue.

Tonal Black nubuck covers the upper, alongside a translucent sidewall cage, and matching black eyestays. The oversized tongue boasts ‘Racer Blue’ detailing around the trim, as well as on the Jumpman logo – and the clear lace lock also features Racer Blue accents.

Underfoot, a matching blue mudguard adds a pop of colour, coupled with black ‘shark tooth’ detailing (drawing inspiration from a WWII fighter plane), while an icy outsole rounds out the design.
