The sibling rivalry between Adolf and Rudolf Dassler runs much deeper than kicks, but the efforts of their beef produced two of the most popular brands in sneaker culture. While Adolf Dassler built adidas, Rudolf focused on creating Puma. With support from soccer players, including legendary Brazilian footballer Pelé, Puma became international. But it was Knicks basketball star Walt "Clyde" Frazier that wore the Puma Clyde and made it a classic.
