    Customer service needs more attention to detail

    I love the trainers they are exactly what I expected. The timing of response or lack of response should I say was disappointing. I made a purchase the money left my account . And then I was left for days wondering when I would get the item. I dem your Instagram account no response. I then got worried as if I was scammed. I read some of the reviews posted online only after I already made the purchase and then became worried. I was shocked to see on stockxx website I can actually buy them for a cheaper price. But overall I agree with most of the negative reviews about ur company and the poor customer service but I'm pleased to know I can purchase exclusive or collectable creps right here at home. But the customer service is two stars at best. All in all I will will make another purchase this year if I get the same kind of customer service that will be it for me. Stockxx will be getting my money from then on. Which will be a shame for u as I am the head of a family of 5. And probably spend upwards of 2-3K a year on trainers. I hope you pick up your customer service skills as I would rather shop at home rather than abroad.
